Streetworks Coordinator required to join an established and busy team. Base salary is between £25,000 - £32,000 per annum. Hours of work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and 8:30am - 5:30pm on a rota basis, with one weekend to be work a month, paid at time and a half as overtime.

Duties:

Streetworks Coordinator will ensure the closure of permits within a 2hr window
Responsible for permit extensions
Ensure streetworks are completed with minimal disruption to the public
Maintaining accurate records
Consulting local authorities
Awareness of environmental and sustainability compliance
Registration of all jobs, ensuring outstanding works are recorded and monitored
Report and monitor of defect inspections
Liability reporting and actioning, run reports
Ensure all SLAs are met

Experience required:

Previous streetworks experience is essential
NRSWA experience desirable
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
